Unlatched Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Unlatched, a financial planning software product operated by Morr Digital.

Use Of Unlatched

You may use Unlatched to model financial planning scenarios, compare branches, run historical projections, use AI planning assistance, and manage your saved planner settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for decisions you make based on the model outputs.

No Financial, Tax, Legal, Or Investment Advice

Unlatched is software for education, modeling, and planning. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting, or fiduciary advice. Outputs are estimates based on your inputs, assumptions, and historical data. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscription prices, renewal terms, trials, cancellations, and refunds are shown during checkout or in the billing portal when available. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

AI Fair Use

Unlatched Pro includes AI planning assistance with a generous monthly fair-use allowance designed to feel unlimited for normal planning activity. We may apply usage limits, suspend AI access, or take other steps to prevent abuse, excessive automated use, or activity that harms the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it, access another user's data, bypass subscription or usage limits, upload malicious content, or use Unlatched for unlawful activity.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Unlatched at any time. We may update features, assumptions, calculations, AI behavior, pricing, or these Terms as the product evolves.

Intellectual Property

Unlatched, its design, software, branding, and content are owned by Morr Digital or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the data and planning inputs you provide.

Disclaimers

Unlatched is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that projections will be accurate, that markets will behave like historical data, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morr Digital and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for financial losses arising from use of or reliance on Unlatched.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay subscription fees, or create risk for Unlatched or other users.
